Ok the casting call and plotline has been posted at SpoilerTV (http://spoilertv.blogspot.com/2009/09/csi-ny-episode-606-casting-call-and.html). The basic plotline for this episode focuses on Hawkes, he responds to an emergancy call for what he believes is a drunk with a nosebleed, is annoyed at wasting his time, the drunk then bleeds out and dies, Hawkes blames himself and crusades to find out what happened to him.

The casting sides have also been posted here (http://spoilertv.blogspot.com/2009/08/csi-ny-episode-606-casting-sides.html). There's some case stuff obviously but in terms of personal stuff Hawkes says that a month before this episode he lost everything, that he's living with friends, begging for overtime, had to spend his savings and retirement. He's trying to talk a guy off a ledge so it might not be true but I think it's true as at the end of that scene Mac asks him why he didn't tell him. Danny's using a cane in this episode which I think is an improvement in his condition. Adam shows his weirdness again by knowing about sploshing, which is enjoying food in a sensual way. SWAT burst into an apartment where Hawkes is sleeping on a fold out couch, they are looking for a Brian Pelmen.
